How to pay for fuel at the pump with the mobile app?

Once the Viršu mobile app has been successfully downloaded and registered, before refueling at the pump, perform the following steps in the app:

  • Make sure the fuel nozzle is positioned on the pump correctly;
  • Open the app and press the "Refuel" button;
  • Choose the pump you are near and want to refuel;
  • Choose the product you want to fill up (fuel or windshield fluid);
  • Choose the volume of the fuel or specify the amount of money in which you want to refuel;
  • If a bank payment card is not attached at the time of registration, add it and press "Start";
  • Follow the instructions in the mobile app, take the fuel nozzle, put it in the tank and start filling;
  • After filling is complete, follow the information in the mobile app, put the fuel nozzle back in place.

After combining your loyalty and bank cards at the POS payment terminal, you can complete registration on the mobile app within 72 hours. If the registration process is not completed, the combining of the loyalty card and the banks card will have to restart after 72 hours.

No, the Viršu plastic card is not mandatory.

Virši mobile app works as an electronic customer card – the app replaces the physical customer card and all the benefits can be used immediately in the app. In this way, we reduce the issuance of plastic cards, protect nature and become more sustainable.

 

Adding a physical card to the app is beneficial and necessary for those who have added company details to the physical card! Company details cannot be added in the app.

So, if there is a need for the company details added, please, fill out a details form at the gas station where you will get a physical customer card, afterwards you can add that card to the application.

Yes, both cards can be added in the app.

The green card (customer card) is added in the mobile app under "Settings" -> "Manage your cards" -> "Loyalty", while the blue card is added to payment cards under "Settings" -> "Manage your cards" -> "Payment".

 

In the "Payments" section, you can add several payment cards - both private and company. 
Important! When paying at the pump, choose the correct card.
