VIRŠI MOBILE APP TERMS OF USE
1. Description of the mobile app
1.1. The mobile app maintained by AS “VIRŠI-A”, reg. No. 40003242737 (hereinafter VIRŠI)
is created to enable the participant of the loyalty programme of VIRŠI to use and keep track of the
offers of the loyalty programme of VIRŠI (hereinafter Loyalty Programme) available to him/her. The
VIRŠI Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions are available at
https://www.virsi.lv/documents/download/loyalty-program-terms and they form an integral part of
the VIRŠI Mobile App Terms of Use. It shall be the duty of the user of the mobile app to review them
when commencing use of the mobile app.
1.2. Using the VIRŠI mobile app, a participant of the VIRŠI Loyalty Programme (hereinafter
User or you) can only pay for the purchases at VIRŠI fuel stations by attaching the bank cards
(hereinafter Bank Cards) owned by him/her to the mobile app.
1.3. The mobile app is provided free of charge.
1.4. Transactions closed via the mobile app are displayed in the “Transaction History” section.
Information about purchases is stored on the User’s smart device for 90 days from the time of
purchase or until the User logs out from the app or deletes the app.
2. Use of the mobile app
2.1. To use the mobile app, the User must download it to their mobile device (smart device).
2.2. The User needs to authenticate by entering their phone number.
2.3. The correct functioning of the functions offered by the mobile app depends on the mobile
device (smart device) used by the User.
2.4. An active internet connection (mobile data, Wi-Fi, etc.) is a mandatory prerequisite for
using the mobile app.
2.5. The User can download the mobile app and use it on multiple mobile devices (smart
devices). If the User deletes the mobile app from the mobile device (smart device) or replaces the

mobile device (smart device), the User must reinstall the mobile app on the mobile device (smart
device) for further use.
2.6. It shall be the duty of the User to independently take measures to prevent access to the
app by unauthorised persons.
2.7. Only persons registered on the mobile app are authorised to make payments.
2.8. The User must download software updates for the mobile app as they contain new
functionality or changes to the existing functionality, potential bug fixes and security system updates.
3. Procedure for making payments when at a VIRŠI fuel station
3.1. Park your car at the pump you have selected and switch off the engine.
3.2. Open the “Home” section of the mobile app. Select the “Refill” button.
3.3. Select the pump from which you will refill on the mobile app.
3.4. Select the product you want to refill with on the mobile app.
3.5. Select the refuelling volume in litres or euro value in the mobile app.
3.6. Select the payment card you want to pay with on the mobile app.
3.7. By default, funds will be reserved in your bank account for prepayment by bank card, based
on your previous choice.
3.8. To avoid the ignition of fuel vapours, which can be caused by electrostatic discharge, VIRŠI
asks you to carry out the above steps while sitting in the vehicle.
3.9. After completing the steps on the mobile app, you can step out of your car and start
refuelling within two minutes.
3.10. When refuelling is complete, place the refuelling gun back in the pump.
3.11. An electronic receipt for refuelling is available on the mobile app, in the “Transaction
History” section, and will also be sent to the registered email address.
3.12. If the purchase is made via the mobile app, the difference between the amount reserved
and the amount of the actual refuelling will be automatically refunded to the bank account of your
Bank Card attached to the mobile app.
4. Services provided by the mobile app
4.1. The User of the mobile app has the possibility to see the Loyalty Programme offers granted
to them and to receive new offers.
4.2. By using the QR reader function of the VIRŠI mobile app (i.e., by reading the QR code which
is displayed on the POS terminal), the User has the possibility to apply the terms of the Loyalty
Programme to their purchases.

4.3. In the “Stations” section of the mobile app, the User can access a map of fuel stations and
a list of all VIRŠI fuel stations. Here you can find the contact details of the fuel stations and the services
available therein. Filtering by fuel type and additional services provided at the fuel stations is available.
4.4. In the “Settings” section of the mobile app, the User has the option to:
4.4.1. change their contact details;
4.4.2. manage payment and loyalty cards;
4.4.3. change app settings (language, location, full tank volume);
4.4.4. change the channels for receiving notifications;
4.4.5. change their consent to participate in lotteries and competitions;
4.4.6. access support information;
4.4.7. delete an account (profile);
4.4.8. log out of the account (profile).
4.5. The user has access to the history of transactions made on the mobile app. Such transaction
information includes name of the fuel station, date, time, pump number, type of fuel, price
per unit, discount applied, quantity filled, amount of discount, total amount.
5. Rights and obligations of VIRŠI
5.1. VIRŠI has the right to change, modify or discontinue the provision of all or some of the
services available on the mobile app.
5.2. If it is suspected that the User is using the mobile app in violation of the legal acts of the
Republic of Latvia, these Terms or the Terms of the Loyalty Programme, VIRŠI has the right to
temporarily suspend or delete the User’s mobile app account (profile) and information.
5.3. If it is suspected that a violation of the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia has been
committed by using the mobile app, VIRŠI has the right to forward all relevant information about the
incident to law enforcement authorities or other supervisory authorities, such as the State Revenue
Service.
6. Rights and obligations of the User
6.1. The User has the right to use all services available on the mobile app without hindrance.
6.2. The User has the right to stop using the mobile app at any time by deleting the mobile app
from their mobile device (smart device).

6.3. When using the services offered by the mobile app, the User undertakes to act responsibly,
not violate the rights of other persons and the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, as well as to comply
with these Terms and the Terms of the Loyalty Programme.
6.4. The User undertakes to only use those payment tools on the mobile app that the User has
a legal basis to use.
6.5. The User undertakes to use only their personal mobile app account and not to delegate its
management to other persons.
6.6. In the case of suspicions that third parties may have access to the mobile app, the User
undertakes to inform VIRŠI immediately by writing to the e-mail address info@virsi.lv.
6.7. The User is responsible for all activities carried out by using their mobile app account
(profile).
6.8. The User is prohibited from using the mobile app anonymously, as well as registering the
data of other persons or fictitious data.
6.9. The User is prohibited from using the mobile app accounts (profiles) of other persons.
7. Termination of use of the mobile app
7.1. The User is entitled to stop using the mobile app at any time by logging out of the app or
by deleting it from their mobile device (smart device).
7.2. If the User becomes aware or suspects that their account (profile) on the mobile app has
been or may be illegally accessed by another person, the User shall immediately take the necessary
security measures (including changing the PIN code(s) of the payment cards attached to the mobile
app) to mitigate the potential risks.
7.3. The User has the right to delete the mobile app account (profile) and their data in the
“Manage Profile” section. VIRŠI has the right to discontinue the provision of services via the mobile
app at any time by giving 30 days’ prior notice. The corresponding notice shall be sent to the email
address of the User registered on the mobile app. VIRŠI shall not be liable to the User for any
consequences that may arise from the inability to use the mobile app.
8. Validity and changes in the Terms
8.1. These Terms shall enter into force on 4 August 2023.
8.2. These Terms may be changed (supplemented, updated) and the latest version will be
posted on the app and at www.virsi.lv. You will always find the latest version of the Terms in the

above-mentioned places. You will be informed of any changes via the contact information specified
by you and/or on the app, inviting you to become acquainted with them.
